Josh brings a unique mix of practical trade experience, sales expertise and down-to-earth honesty to Aspire Residential.

Before entering real estate, Josh spent years working as a Diesel Fitter and Hydraulic Technician, developing a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills and an appreciation for doing things properly the first time. These are qualities he still brings to every client interaction today.

With over five years of residential sales experience, Josh understands that buying and selling property is one of the biggest decisions people make. His approach is straightforward, transparent and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for his clients without the pressure or gimmicks often associated with the industry.

As a proud dad of three, Josh understands the importance of family, home and building a secure future.

Outside of real estate, Josh is a passionate Newcastle Knights supporter. Some would say passionate is an understatement. While results on the field may occasionally test his patience, his loyalty never wavers.

As Co-Owner of Aspire Residential, Josh plays an important role in helping clients achieve their property goals. Although, according to him, Talitha is still the boss - both during business hours and well after 5pm.

His practical background, honest advice and approachable nature make him someone clients enjoy working with and trust throughout their property journey.
