As Director and Principal of Aspire Residential, her vision was simple: create the kind of agency she always wished existed. One that puts relationships before numbers, communication before excuses, and genuine service before sales targets.

Talitha is passionate about helping property investors protect their assets, maximise their returns and navigate the ever-changing world of property management with confidence. Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, she believes that great property management isn't about reacting to problems—it's about preventing them in the first place.

When she's not looking after clients and their investments, she's busy being a mum to three wonderful children who keep life exciting, unpredictable and very well scheduled.

Her goal for Aspire Residential isn't to become the biggest agency in town. Instead, she wants the agency to be known as the most trusted, reliable and honest agency people can turn to when they need expert advice and genuine support.
